Kelly Cremer LMHC, NCC
Kelly is a licensed mental health counselor who supports teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She brings a warm, accepting, and steady presence to the therapy room, with a practice rooted in person-centered, trauma-informed, and attachment-based frameworks. Kelly approaches therapy as a collaborative partnership. Rather than positioning herself as the expert, she believes each client brings deep knowledge of their own life and experiences. Her role is to offer guidance and support, while creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and empowering. Together, you’ll have room to explore the hard things, build new patterns for meaningful change, and move toward growth and healing. Her integrative approach incorporates various evidence-based techniques allowing therapy to be tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Kelly is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and incorporates EMDR to support clients working through trauma, anxiety, and difficult life experiences. Kelly earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine and holds a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Her background in physiology informs a whole-person perspective on mental health, recognizing the deep connection between physical, emotional, mental, and relational well-being. If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are with warmth, honesty, and intention, Kelly would be honored to work with you.
